Cold feed rubber extrusion screw and barrel are produced at EJS for cold feed extruder for over 20 years, with customers nationally and internationally. Unlike western people, we Chinese prefer not to put all eggs in one basket. When we focus on screws and barrels, we have different types, such as rubber screw barrel. Therefore when one product is less requested, the other one might need more. This will keep our factory in good balance.

The screw used in the cold feed extruder can be divided into ordinary type cold feed screw and strong shear type cold feed screw according to the flow state of the rubber material. The screw has feeding section, compression section, flow section, exhaust section and extrusion section. The flow section with shallow grooves and constant-root constant-pitch design, increases the shearing ability and transferring stability, as well as better exhaust.

Cold feed rubber extruders are mainly used for extrusion of various types of automotive hoses, reinforced hoses, and special-shaped hoses; automotive rubber sealing strips, double composite sealing strips, three-composites sealing strips and four-composites sealing strips; industrial hoses; textile rollers etc.
